Solar System Diagnostic & Repair

Our service visits include a flat-rate travel fee ($100 within 50 miles of Little Rock, $200 beyond) to cover time and transportation. We’re happy to reduce this fee if we’re already working in your area. Once on-site, diagnosis and repair are billed at $150/hr (1-hour minimum). If parts are needed, we’ll provide upfront pricing and get your approval before proceeding.

After your visit, you’ll receive an itemized invoice including the travel fee, labor time, approved materials, sales tax (7%), and a 3% Stripe fee. Payment is due within 3 days by card, bank transfer, CashApp, or check (1% daily late fee applies after 3 days).
