This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as date of signature referenced at the end of this agreement by and between Everything Solar, ("Service Provider") and the customer, referenced at the end of this agreement residing at the address referenced at the end of this agreement("Customer").
1. Services:
Description:
Service Provider shall provide a service visit to Customer's premises located at the address referenced at the end of this agreement to diagnose issue with Solar System.
Access:
Customer agrees to provide Service Technician with reasonable access to the service area during scheduled service visit hours.
2. Schedule and Duration:
Appointment:
The service visit will be scheduled by the Service Technician.
Cancellation Policy:
Notice: Customer may cancel a scheduled service visit with a 3 hour notice, or may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
3. Payment Terms:
Rate:
The service visit will be charged at a rate flat rate of $200 for each visit to the property
The diagnostic fee will be charged at $175 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Labor to install new parts or materials starting at $175 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Parts:
Any additional parts or materials that are required for a repair will be charged at the standard cost, which will be disclosed to Customer prior to installation.
Invoicing and Payment:
Customer will be invoiced at the end of the service visit for services and materials provided and/or scheduled. Sales Tax of 6.5% and a processing fee of 3% will be added to the total invoice.
Payment shall be made within 3 days of the service visit completion. Late fees are charged at 1% per day after invoice is overdue. The following payment methods are accepted:

4. Warranty:
Labor:
Service Provider warrants its labor for a period of 1 year from the date of service, provided that the issue is not due to customer misuse.
Parts:
Any parts installed during the service visit will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
5. Limitation of Liability:
Exclusion of Damages:
Service Provider shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the service visit.
Negligence:
Service Provider's liability for any negligence shall be limited to the amount paid for the service visit.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.
7. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
